LoadChat Privacy Policy

LoadChat follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Account details (name, company, email, mobile/WhatsApp number), vetting documents and numbers (MC/USDOT, CVOR/NSC, insurance), your posts, messages to our bot, ratings and reports, and basic technical logs.

Why

To vet accounts, run the load board and matching, deliver alerts you asked for, prevent fraud, and bill subscriptions.

Sharing

Your contact details are shown to another user only after one of you taps "I'm interested". Service providers process data for us (e.g. Cloudflare for hosting, Twilio/Meta for WhatsApp, an AI provider for message understanding, Stripe for payments). Some of them process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Consent and choices

You can withdraw message consent (reply STOP), and request access to or correction of your information, or deletion of your account.

Retention and safeguards

We keep vetting records while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for compliance. Passwords are hashed and sessions are protected.
